Karl Muller

Karl was connected to the military for thirty-eight years as a child-dependent, active-duty military member and as a spouse of an active military member. He moved over forty times during this timeframe (in and out of the country) due to military reassignments/relocations, culminating in forty-seven years on the road. He attended college classes at night and on the weekends during his military service, completing a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in counseling, later serving as a victim advocate for sex trafficking victims in federal law enforcement.

Karl wrote the character and story concept for, 'Shadow Works-the House of Mire' in 2001 but didn't have time to write a book, so he put the concept pages in a box where they remained undisturbed for 20 years. He rediscovered the pages in 2021 and decided to write the book.
